We typically respond within a few business days. Complex file-processing issues may take longer if we need a reproducible sample.
General support
Email support@comparestack.in with:
- The tool name (for example, PDF Compare or JSON Formatter)
- What you expected versus what happened
- Browser and device (if it is a display issue)
- Screenshots or a redacted sample when safe to share
Do not email production passwords, private keys, or regulated personal data. Redact secrets from logs and uploads before sharing.
Quick troubleshooting
- Upload fails or times out: Check the file size limit on the tool page, try a smaller export, and confirm a stable connection.
- Empty or garbled PDF diff: Confirm the PDF has selectable text; scanned pages may need OCR before comparison.
- JSON marked invalid: Look for trailing commas, smart quotes, BOM characters, or truncated log lines.
- Noisy text diffs: Trim trailing spaces and remove a leading byte-order mark. CRLF versus LF alone is not treated as a line change in Text Compare.
Privacy and data questions
For cookies, advertising, uploaded files, or logs, read our Privacy Policy first. For requests not covered there, email support@comparestack.in with the subject line “Privacy.”
Advertising and sponsorship
CompareStack displays third-party ads, including Google AdSense, on select pages to keep core tools free. For direct sponsorship or advertising opportunities beyond programmatic ads, email support@comparestack.in with subject “Advertising,” your proposal, and target audience.
Content corrections
Tool documentation and technical guides are written and maintained by Tarak Moyyi. If you find inaccurate instructions, broken links, or outdated limits, email the page URL and a short description of the fix.
Feature ideas
We prioritize documentation and tool improvements based on real workflows. Describe the problem you are solving, the file types involved, and any constraints (offline policy, size limits, team size). We cannot promise every request, but we read them.

CompareStack is published at comparestack.in for a general audience of developers, analysts, and document reviewers. For advertising, privacy, or partnership matters, email support@comparestack.in. We respond from that mailbox; there is no separate phone-only support line at this time.
