General support

- Screenshots or a redacted sample when safe to share
Do not email production passwords, private keys, or regulated personal data. Redact secrets from logs and uploads before sharing.
Quick troubleshooting
- Upload fails or times out: Check the file size limit on the tool page, try a smaller export, and confirm a stable connection.
- Empty or garbled PDF diff: Confirm the PDF has selectable text; scanned pages may need OCR before comparison.
- JSON marked invalid: Look for trailing commas, smart quotes, BOM characters, or truncated log lines.
- Noisy text diffs: Normalize line endings (CRLF vs LF) and trim trailing spaces before comparing again.
